1 General Terms & Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to the rccasino platform (rccasino.bet) and applies to all services offered under it. Any member who registers with rccasino is considered to have read and accepted these terms in full.

Rccasino reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Members are encouraged to check this page regularly.

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open an account at rccasino, members must provide accurate and truthful information. Registering with false details may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

• Valid Email Address
• Date of Birth (must be 18 or older)
• Preferred Payment Method

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, mobile number, email address, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Rccasino may request a copy of your national ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within 72 hours, withdrawals may be suspended.

3 Age Verification & Minor Protection

The minimum age to participate on rccasino is 18. rccasino firmly believes that minors should not have access to any gaming platform.

• Age verification is mandatory at the time of registration.
• In cases of suspicion, rccasino may request a national ID card or birth certificate.
• If an underage account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be considered void.
• If there are minors in your household, please make use of parental controls.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Rccasino supports Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. The following rules apply to all deposits:

Important Deposit Rules

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious transactions are detected, rccasino may freeze the account balance pending investigation.
• Deposits are credited directly to your balance. If you run into any issues, contact support with your transaction ID.

5 Withdrawal Rules

Rccasino aims to send members their winnings as quickly as possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawing from a bonus balance requires the specified wagering conditions to be met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳ 5,00,000.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Rccasino offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions displayed at the time of claiming. General bonus policy:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, on their first deposit.
• Bonus cashback requires the specified wagering requirement (x times) to be met before withdrawal.
• VIP cashback requires no wagering — it can be withdrawn directly.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will be treated as fraud.
• Rccasino reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior reason.

Bonus Abuse

Rccasino uses advanced technology to detect bonus abuse. Low-risk betting solely to exploit bonuses (bonus hunting or arbitrage) is prohibited. If detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games on rccasino are from licensed providers and undergo regular third-party audits. RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used to ensure all game outcomes are entirely random.

Betting Rules

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• If an abnormal win occurs due to a technical error, rccasino reserves the right to void it.
• Exploiting software bugs to gain winnings is strictly prohibited.

Sports Betting Special Rules

Bets cannot be changed mid-event in Sports Betting. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded. In an accumulator bet, if one leg is cancelled, that leg is removed and the remaining legs are settled accordingly.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rccasino and will result in immediate account termination:

• Operating Multiple Accounts
• Use of Bots or Automated Software
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the system
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Unauthorized Access to Another Member's Account
• Providing False or Misleading Information
• Harassment in chat or support channels
• Deliberately Exploiting Game Glitches

9 Account Closure & Restrictions

Rccasino may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If sufficient evidence of a rule violation is found
• If KYC information is found to be false
• At the member's own request (Self-Exclusion)
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• Extended Inactivity (over 2 years)

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw all remaining balance before closure.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy

Rccasino places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. Gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. Members can make use of the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself for anywhere from 24 hours to permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break of 1 to 6 weeks.
